LOOSE Manifesto

LOOSE aims to prove that an organization is more than the sum of its individuals by promoting an organizational identity defined by three principles:

  • LOOSE emphasizes the need for gathering and storing essential knowledge as a means of organizational growth and effectiveness.
  • LOOSE recognizes that an organization can evolve only through its members and that these members may have various ideals that must be integrated into the organization's objectives.
  • LOOSE tries to make the best use of its members abilities by putting them into the roles they are most comfortable with and adept at.
